North East Railway Jobs 2018: Recruitment to Group-C posts under Cultural Kota
North Eastern Railway (NER), Gorakhpur has invited applications for group 'C' posts for the cultural quota (classical music and classical dance) of the year 2017-18. Eligible candidates can apply for these posts before or after 15th October 2018 as per prescribed format.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification-
For Technician III - Matriculation or its equivalent with ITI in relevant trade (accredited by SCVT / NCVT)
For other posts - candidates must have passed 12th overall with 50% marks. In the case of Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe / Ex-servicemen candidates, the requirement of 50% marks will not be emphasized, and this compulsion is not applicable even on candidates with more than 12 passed or equivalent qualifications.
Cultural qualification - Candidates must have a Degree / Diploma / Certificate in the relevant field of Music / Dance from the Government recognized institution.
Age Limit:
18 to 33 years
Selection Process:
Selection will be done on the basis of 50-point objective type raten test, practical demonstration (35 points) and testimonial / prize (15 digits).

Exam fee:
